About us
MB Property Services exists because of a job everyone else had given up on. In 2008, several tradespeople had failed to diagnose a long-standing plumbing problem in a client's building. We fixed it, the client's trust grew, and that one instruction became a property services business that has been solving difficult problems ever since.
We bring nearly twenty years in property, across development, portfolio analysis, maintenance, commercial property, facilities management and procurement, together with experience building and running businesses in and beyond property. That means we approach every building from an owner's point of view: cash flow, downtime, risk, occupier needs and what each decision genuinely costs.
We don't believe every property problem needs more money spent on it. Quite often it needs a different approach, and someone who won't let go until it's solved.
